Store Policies

Refunds, Exchanges, Credits ...

Please choose carefully as we don't refund for change of minds or wrong choices.  We will either offer you an exchange or a store credit.  Item being returned for exchange/credit must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase, has not been used, must not be damaged, must have all labels with packaging in tact and original receipt must be provided.

We will only refund product if it is "faulty", ie, does not work, does not do as the labelling suggests.  Products must be returned with receipt, must not be in "used/damaged" condition and returned within 2 weeks of purchase.  Refund will be applied via same method as original purchase.

 

We're unable to fulfill your Online Order

  • If you place an order of which we are unable to fulfill (stock unavailable or stock problem) you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an alternative.  If an alternative is not appropriate, we will refund your payment using the same method payment was made. 

 

You've Received Your On-Line Purchase But It's Damaged

Whilst we are very diligent and careful when packing on-line orders, we know there sometimes can still be damages.  If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us asap on 08 9470 5005 or email sales@whitelilygifts.com.au.  At our discretion we will organise to send replacements at no freight cost to you, however, we will ask for evidence of damage first.
